Thank You Rob!

Friend of Access Services,

Today we want to share that after 40 years of dedicated service, Rob Reid, President, plans to retire on October 1, 2021.

"A steadfast and strategic leader, Rob has been part of Access Services since 1980. During his tenure, he played a significant role in transforming the organization from a small developmental disability service provider into an approximately $43 million service provider in the areas of behavioral health, intellectual disability and autism and children and family services, serving 13 Pennsylvania counties” said Robert Wisniewski, Access Services Chairperson. “The Board is sincerely grateful to Rob for his dedication to Access Services and wishes him nothing but the best in this next chapter."

The Board of Directors has appointed Susan Steege to succeed Reid as President and Chief Executive Officer on October 1, 2021. Sue has been serving as Chief Executive Officer since October 2020.

"I want to thank Rob for his distinguished leadership at Access Services and the Board for its confidence in me as I step into this role," said Sue. "I am honored and excited to have the opportunity to work with our talented leadership team and employees around the Commonwealth to advance Access Services’ strategic vision and unlocking the potential of everyone we serve."
