Find out more about becoming a provider of respite services for children in Montgomery County. Our overnight respite providers welcome a child into their home for one or more nights, providing a safe and caring environment for a child struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges, while giving the parents a much-needed break. The goal of respite services is to improve family wellness and keep families together with supports in their community. Access is known for giving providers training and support so that they can successfully care for the child in their home. A daily stipend is also available.
